Project Description
Anna, is a virtual assistant and conversational AI Agent for a Federal Foreign Office that helps answering questions related to visas, working, stays and visits to a foreign country.
Use Case: Anna is a virtual assistant for a Germany’s Federal Foreign Office, it helps with questions about visas, residence acts, visa renewals and other use cases. The current system, offers limited support that is often overloaded and provides delayed responses. Current solution is a help hotline, nation wide and writing questions through a form - both are time consuming and lack prompt solutions.
Working Prototype: The virtual assistant provides reliable answers with sources from official websites and regulations. Available in multiple languages.
Stability: The AI Agent provides reliable answers, enquires in case of lack of clarity and gives the official regulations, if enquired further.
Technical Complexity: The agent uses LLM capabilities from the ElevenLabs, Bolt, and Virtual Persona from the Anam.
Innovation & Creativity: The solution provides a scalable and innovative instrument to help government build scalable AI Agent that can help the users (citizens, individuals, immigrants, and asylum seekers) with quick and reliable solutions without incurring large costs with customer services.
Real-World Impact: The solution has profound impact on the real-world, the use case tackles a scenario where there are multiple incidents are reported for delayed visa enquiries, and the government struggling with limited workforce. This opportunity provides them a quick, reliable, and effective solution for citizens services and immigrants simultaneously.

The rules and regulations differ for each countries and the agent is able to handle such situations. It can be scaled into bigger role through integration of further knowledge sources and departmental knowledges. Make it one stop solutions for all government services.
